Colorado Public Radio: El Paso County District Attorney Michael Allen was so incensed on Friday about a Colorado Secretary of State voter breach that he issued a rebuke saying eight people were affected in his county.
What Allen left out of that initial release: He was one of the victims.
Allen, who is also the Republican candidate for state Attorney General, said his was among the confidential voter names that was exposed by a mistake in Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office. Allen is the GOP candidate for attorney general, facing off against Griswold in November.
