Editorial: Gov ushers in secret hires

Boulder Daily Camera: This should not have been a fight. Or at least not an uphill battle to stem an unsubstantiated need among some parochial interests to hide the names of those in contention to lead our most powerful public agencies from public view.

But here we are.

Monday morning, a bill that sanctifies secrecy in how our most vital public institutions – schools, universities and city governments to name just a few —  will operate in the near future, sat on Gov. Jared Polis’ desk after passing through both the Colorado House and Senate.
