Colorado Hometown Weekly: The Boulder Police Department has denied a request for a police report from a fall 2025 hazing incident where emails showed more than half of the fraternity members were suspended, citing an ongoing investigation.

On Sept. 28, the Daily Camera requested the police report related to the incident; the Boulder Police Department denied the request on Thursday afternoon.

“The requested record is part of an investigation conducted by a law enforcement agency and the integrity of the investigation and potential subsequent prosecution could be jeopardized by disclosure,” Police Records & Compliance Specialist Brian Adams wrote in an email to the Daily Camera.
