The Denver Post: A preliminary hearing for a former Fairview High School quarterback who is accused of sexual assault will be closed to the media and general public, the judge in the case has ruled.

Aidan Atkinson, who is charged with sexually assaulting another student in 2018, through his attorney filed a motion to have the Boulder courtroom “closed” for his preliminary hearing scheduled on March 31.

Atkinson was a juvenile at the time of the alleged incident but has since turned 18.
