Aims Community College settles two lawsuits with former vice presidents for $950,000

The Greeley Tribune: Aims Community College, which earlier this year settled two lawsuits with former vice presidents, agreed to a combined compensation of $950,000 for the women, according to the settlement agreements obtained through a Colorado Open Records Act request.

Patricia Rand and Sarah Wyscaver, who worked at Aims for a total of about 23 years, filed civil lawsuits in Weld County District Court within 10 days of each other in January 2022.

Wyscaver settled her suit in March, and Rand’s settlement was finalized in early June. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed at the time by Aims or Kelli Riley, the Loveland-based attorney representing Rand and Wyscaver.
