In Walsenburg, it appears it will be $35 per hour (with the first hour free) for document review and redaction, plus 25 cents per page for copies.
Some technical twists and turns aside, the same basic charges will apply to police body-cam video as well.
With that said, the Walsenburg City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved, on first reading, Ordinance 1203, which sets fees for those seeking criminal-justice records.
