Some municipalities say they would consider making all CORA requests public

The Daily Sentinel: The city of Glenwood Springs announced earlier this week it will be making all Colorado Open Records Act requests it receives available to the public.

That announcement was hailed as a “groundbreaking step with governmental transparency” by the Glenwood Springs Post Independent.

After Glenwood Springs’ announcement, The Daily Sentinel reached out to the major government organizations in Mesa County to see if they were capable of doing this, and if so would they consider such a step.
