The Denver Gazette: As another new year and another legislative session dawn for Colorado, it’s a good time to ask what the absolute most important things are for our state to focus on in the coming year.

Affordability is certainly top of the list for many Coloradans, but I’d like to propose something that, in the long arc of history, may be even more crucial to laser in on.
